Fityoga is an incredible practice of connection through your mind, your body, and the deepest spaces of your self-awareness and intention.

Crull Fitness and Jill Murawski joined efforts and opened a Yoga studio called FitYoga. Its been a wonderful partnership from the beginning. Crull Fitness has a nice family atmosphere where people can walk in and feel welcome. FitYoga offers a calm and peaceful setting. The classes are programmed to challenge everyone participating in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We focus on strength, fitness, balance and flexibility.

Yoga classes are dynamic flowing classes with emphasis on strengthening, fitness, and flexibility. All classes are programmed to challenge everyone participating in a fun and easy-going atmosphere. each and every client is encouraged to take breaks whenever needed with emphasis on doing what one can. Absolute beginners are absolutely welcome! Remember: if you can breathe, you can do yoga!

Yoga and Jill


Jill believes keeping your mind and body in sync is most important to having good health. Her passion in fitness is what leads her to practice yoga. Her experience with running and cycling lead to many injuries. She decided to dive in and take a yoga class and quickly learned how inflexible her body had become. She also discovered she felt incredibly relaxed and more balanced physically. Yoga helped Jill gain additional core strength and flexibility which enhanced her running and cycling.

Yoga had a huge effect on Jills mind and spirit. It has helped her heal from injuries as well as heal her heart. She lost her father to cancer in 2010 and her mother suffers from Alzheimer's disease. These experiences motivate her daily to help other stay healthy. Yoga has helped me learn to be present and just breathe. It also reminds me what a difference a positive attitude can make as well as staying focused on what really matters. Yoga has changed my life forever!
