Why We Like Crull Fitness
We like Crull Fitness because they give us options! They can come out to our practice facility and train us on the field or we can have our girls go to one of their facilities to train. We have partnered with Crull Fitness for the last 3 years and our girls truly enjoy the training and have noticed the hard work paying off through improved on field performance.
The Premier Advantage
Plano Premier Girls Lacrosse (formerly the Plano Lady Panthers) is one team made up of girls from a variety of area High Schools. We are a member of the North Division of Texas Girls High School Lacrosse League. We are always looking for more girls to join! If you or anyone you know might be interested in joining a talented, exciting group of young athletes, please contact one of the coaches.
