Winter Holiday Speed and Agility Camp


Winter Holiday Speed and agility camp is for all ages of athletes wishing to improve their speed and agility over the holiday season.
This camp will specialize in:

  • Running Technique

  • Speed

  • Agility

  • Fast-Twitch Muscle fibers

  • Flexibility

  • First-Step Explosiveness

  • Abdominal Work


Throughout the camp the trainer will stress proper technique, warm-up, and cool down. Along with proper hydration and pre game warm up. Two sessions during the day, open to all age and skill levels!

All camps will be held at our Richardson / II Creeks Facility.
