Crull Fitness Speed and Agility Camp

Speed and Agility Camp


Speed and agility camp is for all ages of athletes wishing to improve their speed and agility over the holiday season.
This camp will specialize in:

  • Running Technique

  • Speed

  • Agility

  • Fast-Twitch Muscle fibers

  • Flexibility

  • First-Step Explosiveness

  • Abdominal Work


Throughout the camp the trainer will stress proper technique, warm-up, and cool down. Along with proper hydration and pre game warm up. Two sessions during the day, open to all age and skill levels!

All camps will be held at our Richardson / II Creeks Facility.

This class is designed for the athlete who needs a little push after school. Athletes can come drop in and get a workout every Monday thru Thursdays between 4 PM and 5PM. Great way to meet other athletes and students from around the area. Challenge yourself this school year and strive to become a better athlete and student.

Yoga classes are dynamic flowing classes with emphasis on strengthening, fitness, and flexibility. All classes are programmed to challenge everyone participating in a fun and easy-going atmosphere. each and every client is encouraged to take breaks whenever needed with emphasis on doing what one can. Absolute beginners are absolutely welcome! Remember: if you can breathe, you can do yoga!
