ATTENTION: Baseball Players
Are you tired of a sore arm? A faitgued arm? Have you been training with no results in veloctiy or arm speed? Let Coach Crull and the Crull Fitness team help you!
We have developed a new training program that helps to strengthen and condition the arm in season and off season. This is a mandatory program to insure your arm stays strong and Injury Free. Playing every day is no excuse why not to strengthen, condition, and perform injury prevention exercises. Especially when the most important physical tool you have in baseball is in fact your ARM!
Don't let over training and excessive innings put you on the un able to perform list. Just 20-30 minutes, 3 times a week along with proper nutrition, hydration, and ice can keep you sharp and ready to go!
