Coach Crull is the Co-Owner and Founder of Crull Fitness. He is a graduate of J. J. Pearce High School in Richardson, Texas and The University of North Texas. For over 30 years, Coach Crull has been designing and implementing sport specific training programs for athletes of all ages and levels of athletic performance. In addition to sport specific training, Coach Crull impacts peoples lives through individualized resistance, nutrition, core and cardio programs. He is recognized as one of the pre-eminent personal trainers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area.

Al is the President and Co-Owner of Crull Fitness. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut and completed his Master of Science at Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, Colorado. At Quinnipiac, Al was awarded a full soccer scholarship. He was named an Outstanding Athlete of America twice during his tenure at Quinnipiac and served as co-captain his senior year. Al also was recognized his senior year in the prestigious Whos Who in American Colleges and Universities. Crull Fitness has benefited from Als business expertise through development and implementation of innovative programs like Loser Takes All for individuals and corporations, no contracts and initiation fees, corporate wellness programs, comprehensive data bases of team and individual performance results and improvement, staff growth and business expansion to 6 locations and growing!

Adam Rose

Background

Adam has over 10 years experience training fitness enthusiasts and athletes in all areas of nutrition, athletic performance and biomechanics. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Human Movement with a post graduate certification in Sports Conditioning from A.T. Stills University. A graduate of W.T. White High School, Adam was the captain of the varsity hockey and tennis teams. Participating in athletics from a young age, he also has experience in track, cross country and travel soccer. Adam received his Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology at the University of North Texas. After college, he went on to participate in bodybuilding and fitness modeling, where he uses his contest preparation experience to help his clients and athletes understand the importance of sound nutritional intake. Adam is a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served 5 years as a Combat Medic and manager of the pacific fleets Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation department. During this role, Adam performed daily musculoskeletal examinations and operations in all aspects of athletic training and sports medicine. Due to his strong motivation to help others stay fit, he also served as Naval Base San Diegos Command Fitness Leader where he instructed daily physical training and monitored personnels body fat and cardiovascular levels. He has tae kwon-do, boxing, kickboxing, and armed/unarmed combat experience, with a USA Boxing record of 2-0. Adam specializes in athletic performance enhancement and injury prevention as well as personal training and nutrition counseling for youth and adult

He was also a 2 year starter in football at Navarro College. He received his Physical Fitness Specialist certification from The Cooper Institute and is working on his Biomechanics of Resistance Training from there as well. Brandon specializes in youth training as well as football specific training for youth and teenagers. He is heavily involved in Plano Football Athletics and is the Crull Fitness in-house trainer for the Plano Premier Girls Lacrosse Team.

John is a graduate of Newman Smith High School in Carrollton and a 2008 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Business Management. John attended Southeast on a full athletic scholarship for football where he played all four years and was named first team All Conference his Junior and Senior years. He also finished school with a 3.4 GPA. Johns main focus at Crull Fitness has been working with athletes in numerous sports from the youth to college levels. He also has years of experience training teams in several different sports at all different age levels. Being an athlete all his life, his goal is to help everyone he trains achieve their goals and help athletes perform at the highest level. Julian joined the Crull Fitness team in 2006 and quickly embraced his passion for the fitness field through his ability to help others. A devotion to maintaining a positive training atmosphere for all clients and members of Crull Fitness has created a loyal clientele that steadily continues to grow. Luke Beltrand Is a certified personal trainer with 6 years of training experience. Certified through the Coopers Institute as a Physical Fitness Specialist and USA Weightlifting as a Professional Sports Performance Coach, Luke has a vast array of training experience from youth to adults and amateur to professional athletes across many sports. Luke has had the privilege of working under several professional coaches from around North America including and being one of Brian Crulls original athletes with 9 years as an athlete and 7 years as an employee of Crull Fitness. As an athlete, Luke played Soccer, Football, Basketball, Baseball, and Hockey. Luke has played competitive sports for over 19 years and specifically 13 years as a hockey player getting an opportunity to play for St. Johns University Varsity Hockey Team as well as 2 years of Junior Hockey Experience. Luke has a passion for sports as well as athletic performance, using tools learned as a current athlete, to teach tomorrows athletes. Luke is a product of Crull Fitness and an absolute firm believer in what we do. He looks forward to many years of teaching youth how to be the best they can be so they can achieve their hopes and dreams.

Currently, Luke is the Manager of Crull Fitness Valley Ranch Facility which trains over 40 hockey teams from the Alliance Youth Hockey Association, Texas Aces Hockey Club, Dallas Stars Selects Hockey, Dallas Stars Elite, and Dallas Snipers Jr. A Hockey Club. Luke is also the Fitness Consultant for the Helena Bighorns Junior A Hockey Club who won the Junior A Tier 3 National Hockey Championship in 2011. Luke has trained many teams that have won League, State, Regional and National Championships promoting many athletes to Junior, College, and Professional Sports.

Nathan is a graduate of Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio with a Communications Degree and Minor in Coaching. At Otterbein, Nathan was awarded a baseball scholarship. Philip "Red" Miller

Background

Philip, also known as Red, is the son of Founder/ Owner Brian Crull. Philip graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Sport Management. Philip was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity at the University of Texas. Philip holds a USAW Olympic Sport Specific Trainer Certification, a USATF1 Speed Coach Certification, and is a Certified Health Care Provider. Crull Fitness has benefited from Philips knowledge and relationships in the Sport Training Industry. Philip works as a liaison between Crull Fitness and sport organizations to help monitor results, quality of product, and helps strengthen the partnership between the two entities.

Shelly enjoys helping people better themselves, whether it is with a specific sport or simply personal fitness. Her other passion is working with special needs people. She had a brother with cerebral palsy and understands how important it is for special needs people to have the opportunity to work out and improve their physical well being. One of her favorite quotes, which is pertinent in the gym, on the field and in life is, Hard is good, it builds character. She does not promise that reaching your fitness goal will be a walk in the park, but that itll be worth every drop of sweat. She firmly believes that nothing worth having comes easy and is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals! Shelly attended North Mesquite High School and participated in basketball during her high school career. After graduating high school in 2005, she went to Dallas Community Colleges and was awarded an Associates Degree. She then transferred to The University of Texas and was involved in many intramural sports, walked on to the UT Womens Rowing team and was the assistant coach for the basketball classes offered at the university. Shelly graduated in 2011 with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science.
